By submitting any logo, image, artwork, photograph, text, or design, you confirm that:

You own the content, or
You have obtained all necessary permissions to use it.

You grant Epiclane a limited right to use such content solely for manufacturing, customization, order fulfillment, customer support, and related business purposes.

Epiclane shall not be liable for any copyright, trademark, patent, or intellectual property disputes arising from customer-submitted content.

8. Portfolio & Promotional Usage

Epiclane may photograph, display, or showcase completed customized products on:

Social Media Platforms
Catalogs
Advertisements
Marketing Materials
Promotional Campaigns

Customers who do not wish their customized products to be featured must notify us before production begins. We will make reasonable efforts to honor such requests.

9. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines provided on the website are estimates and not guaranteed delivery commitments.
